We are currently working with our client, Zarraffa’s Coffee and Tonken Property Group, on the exciting acquisition and development of The Shed, situated at Eagleby that will house the specialty coffee company’s new headquarters.
Not only will The Shed be home to Zarraffa’s new national headquarters (including roasting room, cafe and drive-through), it will also house other retail and food outlets such as a bakehouse, providore, chocolatier, cheesery, TexMex Smokehouse, Aussie bar and grill, Asian-inspired spice alley, boutique distillery and micro-brewery.
